  Simply they stole my money.
  I order 1 4' lip for my Works Meisters and the glue. I got charged 226.00 and that's it. I never received a receipt. So I called back after a week or so and FINALLY got into contact with them. They told me it was on back order for 2 weeks. I waited 3 and called back, then they stated it was on back order for another 2 weeks. Waited another 3 weeks and called back. This time the back order was 2 months. I was getting really fed up with it but decided to be patient. I waited the 2 months and called. This time they said they actually just got the lip and that they were sending it out that day. I waited another 2 weeks and I didn't see anything. I live in Las Vegas and I know for a fact that it should not take 2 weeks to receive anything from California. I called again and the same person who told me they were shipping it said they never received the lip. So I just caught him lying to me. I told him I wanted a refund and for him to send me a receipt of the transaction. He never did. I tried to file a claim but lost because I waited too long. So in the end, they took my money.
  
  THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY ARE CROOKS.
